Tasting Notes: On the palate, it is full-bodied, well-balanced, and has firm tannins, surprisingly showing how the alcohol does not overpower the wine's profile. An intense and profound red wine, ideal for those seeking a striking and unusual wine.

Winemaking: The grapes were left to ripen on the vine until mid-October, harvested when almost dehydrated, which gives this wine an exceptional aromatic intensity and volume. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Serving Suggestion: Pairs well with meat dishes, cheeses, and cured meats. Should be served between 16°C and 18°C.
