Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional
Grape Origin: The grapes came from our owned Quinta de Cottas vineyards located in Cima Corgo.
Tasting notes: A wine with a very deep color, very fresh, with subtle floral notes of the grape varietie and notes of black fruits like blackberries, currants and blueberries. Elegant wine with a solid structure and soft tannins. Long finish with floral notes of Touriga Nacional. A wine with great gastronomic skills.
Vinification: The harvest is manually to boxes of 25 kg. The grapes are selected,de-stemmed and crushed at the cellar entrance. A controlled temperature fermentation process follows. After the alcoholic fermentation it follows the natural malolactic fermentation, keeping the wine at about 20ºC.
