Vineyards: Grapes that come from our vineyards planted next to Praia da Adraga.
Grape Varieties: Petit Manseng
Tasting Notes: Greenish tone with reflections of bright straw. Lots of minerality, green apples and apricots. It also has notes of oyster combined with citrus fruit. Overall, it is fine and delicate. Creamy attack full of concentration, with refreshing acidity. The finish is intense and prolonged, bringing notes of minerality and sea again.
Vinification: The grapes are left intentionally to ripen until late October or early November. Manual harvest with careful selection of the best grapes, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. After a slight crushing, a skin maceration followed for 12 hours. Fermentation took place in old French oak barrels, which was then interrupted by the cold.
Consumption: It should be drunk at about 8-10ºC and can benefit from aging in the bottle for 3-4 years.
Winemaking: Jorge Rosa Santos and Antonio Figueiredo.
