Grape Varieties: Trincadeira, Touriga Nacional, Aragonez.
Tasting Note: Ruby in color, with a rich and complex aroma, featuring notes of ripe red fruits, violets, and hints of spice. On the palate, it presents smooth tannins, balanced acidity, with very present fruit and a freshness that lingers on the finish.
Vinification: After total destemming, the grapes ferment for 5 to 7 days in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled temperature of 26 / 27ºC, for a smooth extraction. Part of the wine is aged for a few months in used French oak barrels, bringing greater complexity and elegance to the final blend.
