Climate: Mediterranean.
Soil: Sandy (granitic) and shale.
Tasting Notes: Color: Red-purple. Hue: It presents some garnet nuances. Aroma: Aroma of violets and rosemary with hints of cocoa. Flavor: Great structure and balance. Thin and long aftertaste.
Vinification: Traditional, classic winemaking. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 6 days with slight post-fermentative maceration.
Ageing: 11 months in French oak barrels.
Gastronomy: It is a wine that is ready to drink, however it can be kept for another 10 years. Consume between 16-18ºC.
