Tasting Notes: Very young in color, great aromatic intensity, velvety, very balanced, with good acidity, great presence of mouth, long, powerful and delicate.
Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25kg cases; alcoholic fermentation during 15-20 days in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: Stainless steel vats, oak barrels and bottle.
Pairing: Game and red meat.
