Vinification: Fermented in small lagares (traditional stone troughs), partially destemmed, with its own natural yeasts and with minimal intervention. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Bottled unfiltered, this natural wine is subject to slight sediment.
Serving Suggestion: Should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
