Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional 100%
Tasting Notes: Structured wine with freshness and concentrated in color and aromas, with a persistent and harmonious finish.
Vinification: Fermentation took place in the traditional granite presses with foot treading.
Ageing: With a one-year aging in French and American oak barrels, it then underwent natural stabilization and light filtration.
Gastronomy: Best served at a temperature of 18º to 20º with meat, game and strong cheeses.
