Grape Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: Citrus colored wine, with a predominance of fresh tropical fruit notes, its vegetable character and a pronounced minerality. Intense and balanced, with a long and persistent finish.
Vinification: 100% manual harvest to 15kg boxes. Total destemming and stainless steel fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12°C.
