Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Miúda, Trincadeira, Touriga Nacional and Syrah.

Tasting Note: Ruby colored wine. On the nose it reveals notes of young red fruit and eucalyptus very well integrated with the wood toast. In the mouth, we have a continuity of the notes presented on the nose, with round and well balanced tannins, with an elegant finish, medium persistence and clean, leaving the finish marked by young fruit.

Gastronomy: Ideal for joining the table with grilled meats, combined with baked or grilled cod, or simply with cheese. Recommended consumption temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Vinification: The fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance. Only part of this wine ages in French oak barrels.
