Tasting Notes: With a black plum color, the red “IRMÃOS” is a wine with a predominant aroma of red fruits, cherry and chocolate in the mouth is round and smooth.
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Selection at a choice table. Gravity tank filling, temperature controlled fermentations. Short stage in wood.
Gastronomy: It goes well with red and white meat. Should be served at 16/18ºC.
