Grape Varieties: Baga
Tasting Notes: Sparkling pink color. Aromas of fresh red fruits. Very fresh in the mouth but balanced with the greasiness and volume in the mouth acquired over the ageing period.
Vinification: Whole grapes pressed with light skin maceration to obtain pink tones. Fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Printing in March according to the classic method 48 months of ageing after 2nd fermentation.
