This wine expresses in its essence the freshness, minerality and acidity characteristic of the wines of this region, as well as the main characteristics of the Castelão vinified variety with little extraction, both in aroma and in the mouth.
Grape Varieties: 100% Castelão
Tasting Notes: Open ruby color, fresh on the nose with well defined notes of red fruits, mainly cherry. Elegant, intense and fresh on the palate, light body, vibrant, with a very pleasant finish.
Vinification: Manual harvest for 15kg boxes. Total destemming followed by spontaneous fermentation in 1000Kg containers. Tanning for 2 days, pressing and final fermentation in a stainless steel tank, where it remained until bottling.
Comments: Serve at a temperature of 13°C.
