Vinha Celta Jaen 2022 is a wine of precise origin and granitic identity, born from a single vineyard of just 0.65 hectares, 34 years old. Located in Carregal do Sal, Vinha Celta expresses the purest Dão: elegance, freshness and minerality.
With consultancy from terroir expert Pedro Parra and winemaking expertise from Luís Lopes and João Costa, this red wine from Jaen is fermented in a traditional lagar (traditional stone trough) with partial destemming, respecting the delicate structure of the grape variety. Prolonged aging in used oak enhances the finesse and complexity of this unique wine, whose essence recalls the great crus of Morgon.
