Tasting Note: Showing an intense aromatic profile, it combines notes of lychee, banana and linden leaves. On the palate it is direct and vertical, with notes of mandarin, papaya and a vibrant and prolonged acidity.
Winemaking: Reception of grapes in the cellar in 24kg boxes. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and soft pneumatic pressing. The must ferment in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Stabilization and light filtration. No animal derivatives are used in the process, this wine is suitable for vegan consumers. Special care was taken in winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the purpose of producing a wine that expresses well the particularities of the grapes and the terroir.
