Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca (45%), Touriga Nacional (35%) and Tinta Roriz (20%)
Vinification: The best grapes from Quinta Serra D'oura were chosen to produce this wine. Total destemming, fermented in skin contact for 18 days in a temperature-controlled wine press. Aged for 30 months in French oak barrels, the 10 best of the batch were chosen for this wine.

Conservation and Consumption: Store horizontally, preferably away from light. Serving temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
