A YOUNG & AROMATIC white, cheeky in the mouth. Its blend is created annually through the SELECTION of the most expressive indigenous grape varieties of the year; these are chosen year-by-year as a qualitative framework – for their annual expressiveness, qualitative degree and typicality: the soil, sun exposure, the youngest vines, and regions of the Douro with lower altitude (therefore with a lower degree of ripeness, giving us the defined profile – youthfulness, freshness, good notes of fresh fruit).
Grape Varieties: 40% Verdelho, 20% Viosinho, 10% Códega do Larinho, 10% Malvasia Fina.
Vinification: Reception with total stemming and very gentle crushing, followed by pressing to separate the liquid from the masses. Decantation took place between 24 and 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with control temperature. Ageing in fine lees.
Ageing: 10 months in stainless steel vats.
Pairing: Dishes of lightness and refinement, fresh flavours, and various crunchy textures. Its service temperature, lower than 10º/12ºC, will be perfect for most confections. However, freshness should prevail in the dish and medium size in the plate’s structure.
