Grape Varieties: Touriga-Nacional
Tasting Note: Color: Salmon. Aroma: Fine and elegant, with good intensity, reminiscent of red fruit and candy aromas. Palate: Dry, delicately creamy with crunchy acidity that gives it balance and freshness. Good texture and aroma in the mouth reminiscent of red fruits. Persistent finish.
Winemaking: Manual harvest. Light crushing of the berries followed by gentle pressing. Static clarification. Temperature-controlled fermentation in a stainless steel tank followed by aging on fine lees until the end of February. Slight filtration and cold stabilization before bottling.
Gastronomy: Great as an aperitif. It goes well with Italian food and seafood. It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Ageing Potential: Until the end of 2025.
