Oceânico is the first wine produced by Rocim in Azores, in Pico Island. The grape variety Arinto of Azores was vinified to enhance the characteristics of this unique terroir.
Grape Varieties: Arinto dos Açores
Tasting Notes: Golden green color. Notes of gunpowder, sea breeze and sulfur that announce the terroir of origin. Good volume in the mouth, remarkable freshness and salinity.
Vinification: Fermentation in wooden vats with temperature control.
Ageing: Aged for 6 months sur lies.
