Unique and surprising blend, dense but elegant, complex but with a subtle and fragrant aroma. Black fruit and berry notes paired with pepper and rose aromas. Balanced, elegant and persistent flavour.
Grape Varieties: Syrah and Moscatel Graúdo.
Tasting Notes: Intense and deep color, complex aroma of black fruit well integrated with the wood, full-bodied, voluminous and persistent.
Vinification: Fermentation alongside of Syrah (95%) and Moscatel (5%) grapes, 3 days of lightly cold maceration. Ageing in french oak 700L casks.
Gastronomy: Serve at the temperature of 18ºC, pairing grilled and roasted beef, or south American regional dishes, specially beef Chili.
Expected longevity: 4 to 5 years
Storage: Store bottles in a dark, well-ventilated place, between 12 and 13 ºC and at 60% relative humidity.
