Tasting Notes: Tropical and floral aromas and very subtle toasted notes. Surprising wine for its surroundings, elegance and harmony.
Vinification: These grapes were harvested in the 2nd week of September. Pre-fermentation maceration. Total fermentation and aging in used 400 liter French oak barrels for 9 months.
