Granito Cru Dão Branco 2021

Granito Cru wine, as the name implies, seeks to show the soil, the vineyard and the region, for this the vinification is carried out in a non-interventive way, without resorting to selected commercial yeasts or bacteria, only sulfur is used and in very low doses. Its vinification is inspired by the ancient methods where wines were fermented in old wood – 500 liter barrels or small vats and remained there until bottling.

Grape Varieties: Encruzado, Bical, Sercial.

Sub-Region: Serra da Estrela

Soil: Granite Soil

Vinification: Naturally stabilized wine. It may form cristal sediments.
