Soil: Quartz with red clay.
Tasting Notes: Color: Bright ruby. Taste: It is a bright ruby colored wine, with an opulent aroma of red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, it has a medium body, fresh and with a vibrant structure of ripe tannins, a silky and elegant finish.
Vinification: Manual harvest at night. Cold maceration, followed by carbonic maceration for 22 days. 12 months of aging in used French oak barrels.
