Tasting Notes: Color: Colour Purple. Intense aroma of black cherries and violets. Fine ripe tannins with the spicy touch of tobacco leaf of the Syrah grape. Bodied with fine balance and a long finish.
Vinification: Handpicked grapes. Cold and "macération carbonique" about 22 days. 12 Months of storage and maturation in Burgundy barrels.
