"After 15 years working as a winemaker I decided to embark on the ADVENTURE to become a wine producer. A fascinating ADVENTURE and a challenge that I intend to enjoy to the fullest. I hope you enjoy and enjoy my wines as much as I enjoyed the make them. "

Grape varieties: Old vine from Serra de São Mamede, with a mixture of traditional grape varieties from the area.

Tasting Note: Color straw yellow. Sober but fragrant, it stands out for its notes of lavender, stubble and peach, as well as the deep feeling of minerality. Full, but very fresh, thick and deep, it ends mineral, dry and tense.

Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes with strict choice at the entrance of the wine House. Vinification in small stainless steel vats, with control temperature.
