Artesano Cabernet Sauvignon Tinto 2019

Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: Color: Clean appearance, ruby color. Aroma: aroma of red fruits, with notes of pepper and spice, quite complex and fine. Palate: In the mouth it is intense, with soft but persistent tannins, providing a long, complex and elegant aftertaste.

Vinification: Hand-picked by the box during the cooler hours of the day. Destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in presses with controlled temperature (21-24ºC).

Ageing: Ageing in used French oak wood for 16 months. After bottling followed 6 months in bottle aging.

Gastronomy: Pairs with all meat dishes, with starters based on pâtés, sausages, cured cheeses. It should be drunk at a temperature of 16ºC.
