Grape Varieties: Majority of Touriga Nacional with other varieties from old vineyards.
Vineyards: Old vineyards from Quinta da Teixuga, with ages between 50 and 70 years, planted in granite soils.
Tasting Notes: Colour: Intense and deep red. Aroma: Great aromatic complexity. Mouth: Characterized by the lively and emotional attack, followed by an evolution of great amplitude, finishing with an enormous persistence and elegance, revealing a great balance between all its components.
Food Pairing: Game meats, roasted goat, carre d’agneau.
Vinification: Manual harvest into chests of 15kg. Manual selection of the grapes in mat. After destemming and crushing, the vinification occurred in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, with adequate maceration to its characteristics.
