Grape Varieties: Gouveio Real, Viosinho, Arinto.

Tasting Notes: Of citrus/golden color, the TalentVs White reveals in the nose fresh and fruity notes of honey and apricot with slight vanilla and smoked. In the mouth, it’s fruity, complex, balanced and good acidity.

Winemaking: Cold skin contact. Fermentation in French oak barrels.

Ageing: 18 months in french oak and 6 months in the bottle.

Food Pairing: Cheese, red meats, roasts and wild dishes.

Ageing Curve: It is a ripe and intense wine, specific of the “Terroir” of the Douro, and a positive ageing in the bottle is predictable for a period of 10 to 20 years after bottling.
