Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Note: Medium ruby color. Red fruits aroma combined with some spices like black pepper. A fresh and young wine, true to self, with structure and exuberant finish.
Winemaking: Harvest by Hand. Total destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with long maceration and soft reassembly to extract a good color and aroma. Natural decanting in stainless steel vats and a thin filtration until bottling.
Pairing: It’s versatile and easy to drink on any occasion. Pairs perfectly with roasted meat dishes, dried nuts, mushroom and soft cheeses.
Acceptable Storage Time: 3 to 10 Years.
