Grape Varieties: Bical, Encruzado and Malvasia Fina. Vineyard age 25-30 years.

Tasting Notes: Color: Bright pale yellow. Nose: Floral with notes of lychee and stone fruit. Mouth: Fresh and mineral.

Vinification: Cold decanting and fermentation with controlled temperature at 16ºC.

Goes with: White meats, seasoned fish, cod and seafood.
