Tasting Note: Displays citrus color. The aroma is elegant and complex with notes of citrus, lychees and orange blossom. Rich, full-bodied, persistent with freshness and minerality typical of the variety.

Vinification: This Alvarinho is made only with grapes produced in clayey soils with rolled pebbles in Quinta de Santiago, being a wine that aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees for 8 months with periodic battonage.

Gastronomy: The freshness and minerality make this wine the ideal pairing for starters, salads, sea fruits, shellfish, fish, Asian cuisine, white meat and cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
