Grape Varieties: 100% Encruzado. Vineyards between 15 to 45 years old.

Tasting Note: The aroma is mineral, with fresh fruit and spring notes. On the palate it is fresh but complex, light but concentrated, with a very balanced acidity. With a fresh and refreshing finish.

Soil: Granitic with clay lines

Winemaking: 2017 was a very unusual year with a hot and dry summer. The harvest began on the 21st of August, an unprecedented fact in Dão. Contrary to what you would expect, 2017 wines are not hot wines. This wine decanted for 4 hours without adjuvants and fermentation took place without sulfur dioxide with indigenous yeasts.
