Tasting Notes: With a very closed nose, hidden fruit, some presence of lemon peel, herbs from the field. Its flavor reveals lively acidity to stand out, being a light wine.

Vinification: Coming from a plot of Cerceal at an altitude of 500m, this wine fermented in barrels with 5 years of use. Long stage without batonage or addition of sulfur dioxide. Direct bottling without filtering or gluing. Contains sulfites.
