Grape Varieties: Old Vineyards from the region and 25-year-old vines, mainly Rabigato, Códega, Viosinho and Verdelho, forming an ideal “field blend”.
Tasting Note: This wine has a yellow color with greenish touches. On the nose it has a very interesting and differentiating fruit complexity, in a fresh and elegant base, thanks to the “field blend” that gives rise to it. The wood is very balanced, and the freshness and acidity always manages to be the main note throughout the tasting, ensuring pleasure for the drinker. The wood serves to soften this lot, to give it creaminess and greasiness, but not to mark it. Mineral notes also appear, and the wine is deep, alive, vibrant and very elegant.
Vinification: In stainless steel vats with always controlled low temperature.
Ageing: For 9 months in 225L French oak barrels.
Consumption Temperature: 8-12°C
