Grape Varieties: 50% Aragonese, 25% Trincadeira and 25% Alfrocheiro.
Tasting Note: Concentrated ruby colored wine. On the nose it is young with aromas of ripe red fruit with slight notes of toast. On the palate it appears round in an attractive way with soft tannins, in a very elegant set culminating in a persistent and pleasant finish.
Gastronomy: Ideal to join the table with pasta, white meats or grilled salmon. Recommended consumption temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Vinification: Wine produced from grapes harvested by hand. The fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to preserve all the elegance and aromatic complexity.
