Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional
Tasting Note: With an old world profile, salmon color reveals itself elegant and superb texture, with delicate fruit and minerality. On the nose, it is fragrant, floral with light smoky notes, white chocolate and white cherry. On tasting, it is full of texture and finesse, dry, mineral, juicy and long.
Winemaking: Mat of choice of manual curls. Low temperature direct pressing of each plot separately for cold vats and fermentation start. Transfer to barrels and fermentation for 16 days in barrels with daily battonage and light battonage during the first 2 months. Aging on the lees in barrels for 6 months.
