Grape Varieties: Rabigato (40%), Viosinho (30%), Gouveio (20%) and Códega do Larinho (10%).
Tasting Notes: MÃOS RESERVA white is a gastronomic wine with a predominant aroma of peanuts, tea leaves and citrus notes. In the mouth it is dense and buttery. Acidity very present at the end of the test.
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Fermentations in new French oak barrels. Lipstick in oak barrels for 12 months.
Gastronomy: Goes well with fatty fish and potted meats. Should be served at 10/12ºC.
