Grape Varieties: Boal, Antão Vaz, Arinto and Fernão Pires.
Tasting Note: Greenish yellow color. Intense aroma, mineral, fruity, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the variety. Fresh, intense flavor with great volume in the mouth. Light and fresh aftertaste.
Gastronomy: Served at a temperature between 10ºC-12ºC, it goes well with fish and seafood dishes.
Vinification: The fermentation of this wine is carried out in a process of several clean passages during the first 8 days where the Boal, Antão Vaz and Arinto masses are combined with the Fernão Pires must and carry out the skin fermentation until the end.
Ageing: Stainless steel
Expected Longevity: If kept in good condition, it has a great chance of improving for a few more years (+ 5 years).
Storage: Bottle lying down, in a place with humidity around 60% and with a constant temperature (10-20ºC), and away from direct light.
