Herdade de Ceuta Syrah Reserva Tinto 2019

Grape Varieties: Syrah

Tasting Notes: Color: Clean appearance, intense ruby color. Aroma: black fruit, chocolate. Palate: Intense with complexity and elegance, with a long and harmonious finish.

Vinification: Hand-picked by box during the cooler hours of the day. Destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in vats and stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (21-24 ºC).

Ageing: Stage in French oak wood for 16 months. After bottling followed 6 months in bottle aging.

Gastronomy: Pairs with grilled or roasted meat dishes, game, pate and cured cheeses. It should be drunk at a temperature of 16ºC.
