Grape Varieties: Gouveio, Rabigato and Códega do Larinho.

Soil: Granite

Tasting Notes: Bright appearance. In the aroma, the first notes are of stone fruit, then it evolves with hints of apricot and honey. The finish is persistent and floral. In the mouth it is elegant and fresh, with a vibrant acidity. Voluminous, persistent and mineral finish.

Vinification and ageing: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes, 100% destemming, gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature at 14ºC for 10 days. Aging always in stainless steel vats, with weekly batonnage of fine lees.

Ageing Curve: Due to the organoleptic characteristics, a very positive bottle aging is expected over the next 10 years.

How to Serve: Serve chilled at around 10ºC.
