Tasting Note: Young and penetrating, luxurious barrel, beautiful smoked, elegant and fresh black fruit, praline and chocolate. Lots of creaminess in the mouth, defined center of taste, delicate and fresh finish, very long. Beautiful!
Vinification: Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes with first selection of grapes. Totally destemmed with slight crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and aging for 18 months in French oak barrels.
