Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira.
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby colour. Exuberant aroma and fruits of the forest. Round tannins and good volume in the mouth.
Winemaking: Manual harvesting. In the winery, the grapes were selected on a sorting table, with total degraining and slight crushing of the berries. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
Ageing: 6 months in 500L French oak barrels
