Giz is a sparkling wine that uniquely expresses the characteristics of the limestone soils from which it comes. Originating from centuries-old vineyards, from the Baga grape variety planted in poor, stony soils, it was produced in total commitment to nature. After fermentation in this bottle, it was left to rest on lees for 36 months. In the end we obtain a sparkling wine without masks, authentic, structured, elegant and complex, full of individuality and character.
