Grape Varieties: 100% Alicante Bouschet. Vineyards aged 32.
Tasting Notes: Opaque in color, it has a high density of black fruits and chocolate but in a thin profile. Large volume in the mouth, with a silky texture complemented by high quality tannins.
Winemaking: Grapes previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation took place in mills with temperature control, not exceeding 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation and aging were carried out in French oak barrels for 20 months.
