Grape Varieties: 100% Trincadeira
Tasting Note: Fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spicy, with very soft herbal touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, very structured and of medium texture.
Winemaking: Manual selective harvest in 20Kg baskets, transferred to the vats by gravity without the pumps help. Minimum intervention winemaking.
Ageing: 9 months in stainless steel vat without contact with barrel and 3 months in bottle.
Pairing: Fresh, elegant red, it goes well with pot meats, game and lamb, where the freshness of the Trincadeira cuts the fat.
