Grape Varieties: Malvasia Fina, Encruzado.
Tasting Note: Cristal, with shades of green but not in an oxidative way, with hints of white fruit, fresh herbs and citrus. On the palate it shows youth and freshness, with a vibrant acidity and an engaging mouthfeel.
Winemaking: Grapes from Quinta do Ribeiro Santo only. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of grape must and post cooling and decantation at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with a temperature of around 14ºC for 20 days.
Pairing: Goes well with all kinds of salads, white meat, sushi and grilled fish.
Acceptable Storage Time: 3 to 10 Years
