Soil: Clay-limestone
Climate: Atlantic, influenced by the mesoclimate of Serra do Montejunto and Lagoa de Óbidos.
Tasting Notes: Young red wine, with delicate maceration, for a softer tannin. With garnet color and red fruits aroma, it shows the typical freshness of this grape and this region.
Vinification: Hand harvested, with total destemming, natural fermentation in traditional lagar.
Fermentation: Natural. In Traditional Lagar.
Ageing: 10 months on lees in stainless steel tank.
Pairing: Ideal for red meat and spiced dishes, as well as fat fish dishes.
Best Served: 12ºC / 2022-2025
