Quinta de Saes Branco 2022

Grape Varieties: Encruzado (20%), Cercial and Bical (60%), Malvasia Fina (20%). Vineyards aged 15 to 25.

Tasting Notes: Fruity with mineral notes and some citrus. Very soft and fresh texture in the mouth. Elegant, with well integrated fruit and acidity, it finishes long.

Soil: granitic with clay and sand lines

Vinification: After a few hours of skin contact on the day of the harvest, very slow fermentation follows. The 2 month batonnage caused a good increase in volume that combines quite well with its acidity and minerality.
