An Orange Wine.

Climate: Continental with some atlantic influence.

Type of Soil: Granit

Grape Varieties: 100% Loureiro

Tasting Notes: Deep gold colour. Citrus aromas, guava with some vegetal and barrique notes. On the palate it has good structure, fresh, dry and elegant. Very smooth, pleasant and persistent aftertaste.

Vinification: Beginning of fermentation with the skins and then removing the tear juice to end the fermentation in new Oak barrels of 500 liters.

Serving Suggestions: Serve it at 12ºC. Ideally suited to grilled fish, seafood, White meat, risotto, light cheese or just as an aperitive.
