Grape Varieties: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Amarela.
Tasting Notes: Aroma with floral notes, red fruit and some vegetables soft sensations. Very delicate palate, soft tannins and medium aftertaste.
Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25kg cases; alcoholic fermentation during 15-20 days in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats and bottle.
Pairing: Poultry and grilled meat.
